1.- La satisfacción del cliente es nuestra prioridad, debido a que es quien maneja toda la información y debe proporcionarla para la elaboración de su sitio web, específicamente (textos) de no obtener la información a través del cliente, se obtendrá por medio de un proceso de inteligencia artificial, el cual tendrá un costo extra, esto en consenso con el cliente, así mismo será sujeto a correcciones, de igual forma las imágenes que no se proporcionen se obtendrán por el mismo medio, cuidando que estas estén libres de derechos de autor.
2.- El pago de realizará en dos(2) partes, 50% al momento de realizar el contrato (SIN EXCEPCION) y el otro 50% en un tiempo estipulado durante consenso, de igual forma este último pago deberá cancelarse en el periodo pactado, quedando en vigencia el contrato , pero éste no deberá exceder los 6 meses , siendo responsabilidad del cliente el no superar este tiempo, proporcionando la debida información de sitio web.
3.- Si este plazo de 6 meses vence, y el cliente no ha proporcionado el material o información para finalizar el sitio web, se dará por terminado el contrato, sin derecho a reembolso.
4.- Se acordará el plazo de entrega del sitio web, al momento de realizar el contrato, el tiempo debe considerase de acuerdo a la complejidad y el contenido del sitio, al cliente proveer toda la información el diseño no debería exceder el mes de construcción del sitio.
5.- De acuerdo al tipo de sitio web requerido se hará entrega de un manual o video instructivo, para el uso y mantenimiento del mismo, así mismo si el cliente así lo desea .
6.- De igual forma podemos ofrecer el servicio de mantenimiento y actualización de la página de manera mensual, trimestral y semestral, por un costo adicional, el cual será acordado por las partes en consenso.
